About us

Exterior work is what we do best.

Zeren Construction is an interior and exterior construction company based in Toronto. Most of our work is cladding: ACM panel, architectural panel, Longboard wood-look siding, soffits, and the trim and flashing that ties it all together.

Cladding is unforgiving. If the layout is off at the start, you see it on the finished wall from across the street. We set out the layout first and keep the lines consistent across every elevation.

We also do the interior scopes that touch the envelope: drywall, ceilings and finishing. That means one crew and one point of contact instead of two trades blaming each other.

What we do

Our services

Everything listed here is work we have done on real projects.

ACM panel

Supply and installation of aluminum composite panel. Layout, substrate prep and installation, with joints that line up across the building.

Architectural cladding

Full exterior cladding, from the building envelope to the finished wall. Panel worked against brick, stone and wood.

Longboard siding

Longboard wood-look aluminum siding. You get the look of timber without the maintenance that comes with real wood.

Soffits and detailing

Soffits, overhangs, accent panels, transitions and trim. This is the finishing work that decides whether a wall looks right when the scaffolding comes down.

Drywall and ceilings

Interior drywall, ceiling systems and finishing, done by the same crew that handles your exterior.

Decks and railings

Composite decking over properly framed joists, plus railing installation. Get the joist layout and the fastening right and the deck stays flat and quiet.

Quote

We walk the building and price the whole scope in one go: exterior cladding, interior drywall, ceilings and the detail work in between. Quotes are free.

Layout

Before any panel goes up we set out the layout and prep the substrate. This is the stage that decides how the finished wall reads.

Installation

Panel goes on one elevation at a time, with the lines kept consistent across the whole building.

04

Finishing

Detail work, finishing and a final check before we call it done. We photograph the job as it goes, so you can see the progress.
